OPENING TIMES & FEES

 

We are open Monday - Friday  40 weeks a year

(excluding bank holidays and Polling day).

 

 

2-3 year olds - 9am-12.30pm

£12.50 per session (which includes a glass of Milk).

 

 

3-5 year olds - 9am-12.30pm

£12.50 per session Mondays and Tuesdays

 

 

3-5 year olds - Wed, Thurs & Fri Afternoons 12.30pm-3pm

£8.95 per session

 

(Discounts for all day sessions Wed, Thurs and Fri  £20.50)

 

 

Nursery Educational Grants

 

Nursery Educational Grants are accepted as part payment towards fees for 38 weeks a year. The grant is redeemable for the first 2.5 hours per morning session. A top up fee of £3.60 is then charged for the remaining period.

 

For 3-5 year olds, if the full 5 day grant entitlement is not taken up, then the afternoon sessions are free-of-charge.

 

 

 

Payment Terms 

 

All fees are charged every half term and all cheques should be made payable to Smarty Pants.

We ask these be paid upon receipt of invoice.

 

Smarty Pants Day Care reserves the right to review fees at their discretion.

All absences sickness and holidays taken (during weeks open) will be charged at the full rate as our staff costs and operating services still have to be met.

 

Registration

 

A deposit of £60.00 is payable upon registration, £20.00 of which covers administration costs, the remaining £40.00 is deducted against the Childs last calendar month with Smarty Pants Day Care.

 

In the event of a parent not wishing to retain a child’s place, a half term notice must be given.

 

Miscellaneous

 

We ask that parents bring in a small nutritional snack in a box, and a separate packed lunch - clearly marked with their child’s name . The children can have their snack between 10-11am.

We do not supply nappies or wet wipes. We ask that all parents provide such items in a named bag.
